About the job

Responsibilities:

• Cluster Operations: Manage and maintain container clusters (Kubernetes, Docker) and other open-source component clusters (e.g., Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch) across various business lines.
• Infrastructure Platform Development: Build and enhance infrastructure operation platforms, including systems for infrastructure management, CI/CD, monitoring/alerting, and logging.
• Database Management: Oversee the daily operations, performance optimization, and troubleshooting of the company's database systems, such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• High Availability Assurance: Ensure the high availability of online services by continuously optimizing service architecture, deployment strategies, and overall system operational efficiency.
• Automation Initiatives: Drive the development of automated operation and maintenance systems to improve overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Systems Operations, DevOps, or SRE role. A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Database Expertise: In-depth understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL database principles with proven experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
• Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell or Python for automation and operational tasks.
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Strong knowledge of the technical architecture of large-scale internet companies, with experience in configuring and optimizing common software like Nginx, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.
• Containerization & CI/CD: Mastery of Kubernetes and Docker, with hands-on experience in operating production-level container clusters and managing related CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced Networking (Preferred): Understanding of and practical experience with technologies like Service Mesh, Cilium CNI, and eBPF is a significant advantage.
