Requirements:
- Handle foreign worker related duties such as work pass application/renewal, worker employment contract (in both English & Chinese), medical examination arrangement, training courses application, registration of address in MOM portal, etc.
- Manage employee attendance, overtime, inactive employees, and accommodations
- Maintain and update HR databases, records, and files
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including contract preparation
- Provide support to the HR team in the process of hiring workers
- Conduct orientation for newly hired workers
- Book air tickets and handle administrative tasks for the HR team
- Prepare monthly reports on payroll, deductions, and absenteeism
- Handle all related Workers Dormitory Issues and PCP applications
- Handle ad hoc HR duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- At least 2 years of experience in HR support roles (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
