HR C&B cum Accountant
Location: IOI Office Building, Singapore

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in handling payroll, employee benefits, and expense claims
  • Support recruitment tasks like job postings and interview scheduling
  • Help with basic accounting duties such as data entry and invoice processing
  • Maintain employee records and assist in preparing reports
  • Learn to ensure compliance with Singapore labor and tax regulations
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to support daily operations

Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge or interest in HR, payroll, and accounting is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel and eager to learn accounting software
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn new skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
  • Able to work onsite at IOI Office Building
