Job Description:
- Planning and execution of recruitment strategies, with a focus on mid-career hiring
- Designing, implementing, and improving compensation and performance evaluation systems
- Ensuring compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) guidelines and labor regulations
- Talent management, employee training, and development program design and execution
- Preparing HR reports and coordinating data with Japan headquarters
- Training and managing local HR staff as needed
- Providing HR advisory support to management and department heads
- HR policy planning and regional rollout across ASEAN countries
- Perform other ad hoc projects/duties assigned by the company

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- Experience in a similar capacity as a HRBP or HR Manager is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor and MOM regulations
- Experience covering HR functions across APAC or ASEAN region is preferred
- HR experience in a multinational company (MNC) is preferred
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills

Compensation:
- Work location: CBD, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.40pm
- Fixed transportation allowance
