JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting company culture
• Handle HR documentation, including contracts, benefits enrollment, and employee records
• Support performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development plans to ensure employee growth and alignment with company goals
• Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and professional development
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, maintaining HR compliance across all functions
• Compile HR reports and analyze data to track employee metrics, turnover, and engagement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Excellent multitasking abilities with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
