Qualifications:
- Participate in the architectural design and development of core components for AI training clusters, and build high-performance, highly available computing platforms.
- Be responsible for the construction of observable systems for training and inference tasks, and resources and improve the monitoring, alerting, and log analysis capabilities of clusters.
- Optimise key components, such as computing scheduling, RDMA, and container runtimes, to ensure the efficient and stable operation of training and inference tasks.
- Support the automated deployment, operation, and troubleshooting of large-scale clusters to improve system maintainability and availability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in computer science, software engineering, electronics, or related fields.
- Solid foundation in operating systems, with familiarity in Linux kernel, networking, storage, and performance optimization.
- Proficient in Golang with strong coding skills; experience in Kubernetes development is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technology stacks such as Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Experience in operations or development of large-scale distributed systems, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues.
