In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, preferably with regional hiring experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the hiring needs of our Marketing, Operations and Sales departments. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, preferably with regional hiring experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in Marketing Operations & Sales Department, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals etc.) to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's talent attraction efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Marketing, Operations or Sales hiring.
- Regional recruitment experience (APAC/EMEA/NA/LATAM, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills (experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.
