Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage a full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, employee relations, Workers' insurance, and statutory compliance with Singapore government agencies such as MOM, CPF, IRAS, and ACRA. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our workforce and ensuring all HR processes comply with local employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll & Compensation:

  • Handle full-cycle monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
  • Ensure timely submissions of CPF contributions and IRAS (Form IR8A, IR21, etc.)
  • Manage employee claims, reimbursements, and leave administration
  • Maintain accurate salary records and payroll reports

2. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer letters
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Maintain updated job descriptions and manpower planning

3. Work Pass & MOM Compliance:

  • Apply, renew, and cancel work passes (WP, S Pass, EP) via the MOM portal
  • Ensure compliance with all MOM regulations and updates
  • Maintain proper records for all foreign employees and passholders

4. Statutory Compliance:

  • Handle all HR-related government reporting and filings with CPF Board, IRAS, ACRA, and other relevant authorities
  • Prepare and submit employee tax forms, CPF submissions, NS/Make-Up Pay claims, and other regulatory requirements

5. Employee Relations & Welfare:

  • Manage employee grievances, conduct exit interviews, and support performance management
  • Coordinate staff engagement activities and company events
  • Ensure timely renewals of employee insurance, contracts, and benefits

6. General HR Operations:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Draft and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employment contracts
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and management teams
  • Handle internal HR audits and support external auditors during reviews

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/accounts/admin Management or related discipline
  • At least 2-3 years of HR experience in a full-spectrum HR role
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and government regulations
  • Experience with MOM, CPF, IRAS, and ACRA portals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll software
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently
