Senior Full Stack Developer / Lead

Job Requirements

• 5+ years PHP (7.x/8.x) with frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter); strong OOP, MVC, SOLID principles.
• 2+ years modern JavaScript (ES6+, React, Vue, or Angular), TypeScript, state management (Redux/Vuex).
• Strong SQL, schema design, indexing, and performance tuning (MySQL, PostgreSQL); ORM (Eloquent/Doctrine).
• Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ (or similar) for caching, messaging, and task queues.
• Familiar with Git, Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms, API tools (Swagger/Postman).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills; Agile/Scrum experience.

Nice to have: GraphQL, NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB), WebSockets, monitoring tools (ELK, Datadog), open-source contributions.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications (PHP, JavaScript).
• Architect and optimize databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Implement asynchronous processing with Redis/RabbitMQ.
• Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and guide architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and system reliability.
