- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment budget, cost and the entire recruitment process from developing sourcing strategies, placing advertisements, pre-screening, interviewing, and conducting reference checks on potential new hires.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' fit for various roles
- Match candidates to hiring managers' requirements based on skillset, personality, and career goals
- Build and maintain relationships with a strong pipeline of talents
- Work closely with hiring managers or external clients to understand job scopes and expectations
- Coordinate interviews and feedback processes between candidates and clients
- Stay updated on hiring trends and industry movement
- Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and ensure compliance with internal policies
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- 2 - 3 years prior experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, driven, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Enjoys working with people and building long-term relationships
