As an In-House Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition activities, from sourcing and candidate engagement to interview coordination and hiring. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, assess candidates, and ensure a strong talent pipeline that supports the company's growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
  • Manage manpower planning, recruitment budget, cost and the entire recruitment process from developing sourcing strategies, placing advertisements, pre-screening, interviewing, and conducting reference checks on potential new hires.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' fit for various roles
  • Match candidates to hiring managers' requirements based on skillset, personality, and career goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with a strong pipeline of talents
  • Work closely with hiring managers or external clients to understand job scopes and expectations
  • Coordinate interviews and feedback processes between candidates and clients
  • Stay updated on hiring trends and industry movement
  • Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and ensure compliance with internal policies

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • 2 - 3 years prior experience in recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful, driven, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Enjoys working with people and building long-term relationships
