• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for diverse professional roles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with training provided
• Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and culture
• Develop consultative communication and negotiation skills
• Build and manage your own portfolio of job openings
• Use tech platforms and databases to track and manage applicants

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
