Our client is a leading industrial player and is seeking an HR Business Partner to be part of their Singapore team.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with business leaders to design and execute people strategies that drive performance, support growth, and align with overall organizational direction.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling, to foster a respectful and collaborative workplace.
• Support the full spectrum of talent initiatives, including headcount planning, recruitment, performance enablement, and succession planning.
• Conduct training needs assessments and facilitate programs to support employee development and engagement.
• Use HR data and analytics to make strategic decisions and enhance HR effectiveness.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• A minimum of a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR field with HR Business Partner experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, quick learner, and process driven.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and generating reports.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
