The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. This role ensures smooth execution of HR processes, maintains employee records, assists in recruitment and onboarding, and handles general office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
• Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and benefits.
• Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
• Monitor staff attendance and leave records.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Administration:
• Manage office supplies and ensure availability of necessary items.
• Handle administrative support for departments (e.g., travel bookings, meeting room coordination, event logistics).
• Maintain records of company assets, contracts, and insurance.
• Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management.
• Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar HR and/or administrative role (1-2 years preferred).
• Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite.
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
