Frontend Developer (React / JavaScript)

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with a strong foundation in JavaScript and modern frontend technologies to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about performance optimization, code quality, and creating pixel-perfect user interfaces. You'll be working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment where engineering excellence is valued and encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using React.
• Work closely with designers to implement high-fidelity UIs that faithfully reflect design mockups.
• Optimize front-end performance and ensure responsive, cross-browser compatible applications.
• Participate in code reviews, system architecture design, and contribute to best practices.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define clear and efficient API contracts.
• Drive front-end engineering efficiency and code modularization through engineering tooling and automation.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of JavaScript (at least 3 years)
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript with experience in building complex, high-performance UIs.
• Experienced with modern frontend debugging tools and browser dev tools.
• Solid grasp of JavaScript performance optimization, with hands-on experience resolving browser compatibility issues.
• Proficient in React, with understanding of its internal workings such as virtual DOM, hooks, and state management patterns.
• Experience working in tech product companies or fast-paced software teams.
