UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:
Are you a creative problem-solver passionate about crafting seamless digital experiences? We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team and play a key role in designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces for our growing Central Asia market.

Bonus: Proficiency in Russian (spoken and written) is a major advantage, as you'll contribute to products tailored for this dynamic region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine design decisions.
• Maintain visual and experiential consistency across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills (academic, personal, or professional projects).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to travel overseas when needed
• Russian language proficiency (spoken and written) is a strong advantage, given our focus on the Central Asia market.
• Open to fresh graduates with a passion for design and eagerness to grow.
