We are a Singapore-based service company supporting leading clients in the manufacturing industry across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. As we embark on an ambitious growth journey, we are seeking a Senior HR Generalist with Compensation & Benefits (C&B) expertise and capabilities in job grading and salary structure design.
This is a pivotal role with the opportunity to lead core C&B initiatives, while gradually expanding into broader generalist responsibilities. You will work closely with the HR Manager to shape recruitment strategies, implement people systems, and support organizational development for scalable, international growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Compensation & Benefits Strategy
Design and implement a company-wide job grading framework and corresponding salary bands.
Conduct job evaluations, market benchmarking, and internal equity analysis.
Drive the design of promotion and reward systems that align with performance and growth objectives.
Provide strategic advice to management on compensation-related decisions, balancing cost-efficiency and talent retention.
2. International HR Integration & Compliance
Align HR practices with client expectations and regulatory standards across Singapore, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
Collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure compliance, consistency, and cultural alignment in HR processes.
3. Policy Development for a Global Workforce
Develop and maintain HR policies that support a dynamic, international service organization.
Ensure local and international labor law compliance while enabling flexibility and scalability.
4. Executive Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Partner with the HR Manager to define and implement recruitment strategies targeting senior-level and technical talent with experience in the electronics sector.
Build a robust talent pipeline to support future business needs and expansions.
Utilize industry and market insights to shape workforce planning and decision-making.
5. Organizational Development & Strategic HR Projects
Contribute to organizational design, team restructuring, and headcount planning in alignment with business growth.
Leverage people analytics to support strategic planning and performance management.
Actively participate in cross-functional projects with an HR focus, including onboarding, engagement, and career development.
