Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Developer with a strong focus on WordPress development, custom theme creation, UI/UX design, and eCommerce integration. The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing responsive and visually stunning websites, with deep expertise in WooCommerce, Stripe, HitPay, and other major payment gateways. You must be a fast, efficient coder who delivers pixel-perfect results and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress themes and templates tailored to branding and user experience goals.
• Build and optimize responsive, mobile-first websites with excellent UI/UX design principles.
• Integrate and configure WooCommerce for full-scale eCommerce functionality, including product catalogs, carts, checkout flows, and custom features.
• Implement and manage third-party payment gateways such as Stripe, HitPay, PayPal, and others as required.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and SEO best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade WordPress sites, plugins, and custom code.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to meet project timelines and strategic goals.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations for improving site performance and functionality.

Skills & Technologies Knowledge Required

• Web Platforms: WordPress (Advanced), WooCommerce (Advanced)
• Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS
• Back-End: PHP (Strong experience with WordPress core & theme structure)
• UX/UI Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator (optional but preferred)
• Payment Gateways: Stripe, HitPay, PayPal, Razorpay, etc.
• eCommerce Integration: Cart flows, custom checkout, shipping plugins, coupons, payment plugins
• Version Control: Git (basic knowledge acceptable)
• SEO & Performance: On-page SEO, image optimization, caching plugins (e.g., WP Rocket)
• Speed & Efficiency: Must be able to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work quickly
