• Should have minimum 6-8 years of experience in application support activities.

• ITIL certification.

• Good understanding of Capital Markets Domain and market activities.

• Sound Knowledge on Regulatory Reporting (MAS, HKMA, EMIR, JFSA, CFTC, MIFID)

• Exposure to the Capital Markets with proficiency in financial instruments (Bonds, Rates, Equity, etc..), trading lifecycle and market data.

• Relevant experience with working with external source like Bloomberg, Reuters.

• Good Understanding of ITIL Concepts.

• Proven experience in technical proficiency with strong skills in SQL.

• Basic Understanding of Kubernetes and Docker and any cloud platform.

• Basic Understanding on NO-SQL DB.

• High level of proficiency in Unix / Linux, PowerShell scripting and python

• Should be able to do

o SLA & KPI management, client communication & interaction

o Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management

o Risk analysis and project execution

• Appetite for continuous improvement and automation.

• Strong knowledge in XML, PL/SQL, MQ, CFT and Control-M, Kafka.

• Knowledge of monitoring and Observality solutions (E.g. ITRS Geneos, Elastic Search, Grafana)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
