Responsible
  1. Administrative duties and daily HR operations. HR operations including recruitment and training, insurance maintenance, work passes, employment contract preparation, personal file maintenance, leave recording, employee relations activities etc

• Handle on stationeries, pantry supplies and printed materials

• Supporting ad hoc projects as necessary

Requirement

• Secondary school/ GCE 'O' Level / Diploma qualification

• At least 1 to 2 years work experience in *Construction* administration and HR fields

• Familiar with MS Office application, Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing

• Familiar with MOM regulation & Info-Tech Payroll is preferable

• Good in interpersonal and communication skill

• Positive attitude and able to work independently

• Able to multi-task and is a team player
