Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance the entire DevOps platform and toolset in line with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Plan, negotiate and manage release activities. Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth release process.
• Coordinate with stakeholders from requirements gathering through to successful implementation of DevOps pipeline onboarding.
• Work closely with vendors to design and deploy centralized DevOps solutions that balance industry standards, market best practices, and ease of support.
• Configuring SSL, Auto Scaling and DNS setup / Configurations for the DevOps Toolset.
• Stays current with industry trends and leads development of key DevOps, Runtime, and Operational innovation platforms.
• Manage and execute upgrades across the DevOps tools farm, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and tools.
• Lead the development and execution of software testing and validation procedures, while updating and enhancing existing software capabilities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and contribute to the advancement of DevOps, runtime environments, and operational innovation.
• Manage and mentor a team of highly skilled DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively across multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality and performance.

Essential Requirements (Skills Requirements)

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree of Computers Application / Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree of Computer Science.
• 6+ years of experience.
• Strong experience in Build and deployment artifacts using Jenkins (CI) platform.
• Deep technical background, with hands-on experience in supporting CI/CD toolset (Groovy , shell script, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar, Veracode, JIRA and Confluence).
• Hands on End to end pipeline setup in Jenkins
• Prior working experience installing, configuring, integrating, upgrading and patching CI/CD toolset.
• Prior experience is customizing JIRA and Setting up confluence spaces.
• Experience in setting up the Build servers (Mac OS and Linux).
• Hands-on experience in setting up CI/CD pipeline as a centralized solution and experience in setting up DevOps governance, Security standards and audit requirements.
• Prior experience in setting up DevOps pipeline for Java, Node JS and Mobile App technologies
• Experience with continuous testing, techniques and tools (Junit, Sonar Cube, Veracode etc.), exposure of automation accomplished with Ansible, Chef, Shell and Groovy scripting.
• A strong passion for infrastructure as code and associated automation and provisioning tools.
• Proven record of accomplishment of being results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals.
• Security concepts and what makes for a secure solution.
