We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong foundation in Java Spring Boot and Angular. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead development projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to both web and mobile application initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development,and deployment of full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot and Angular.
• Architect and implement scalable microservices solutions, leveraging containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers within the team.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to mobile application development using Flutter, Kotlin, or Swift as needed.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, security, and performance optimization.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Atleast 4 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Angular frameworks.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with microservices architecture, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Willingness to work on both web and mobile platforms as project needs dictate.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and guide team members effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobile application development using Flutter, Kotlin,or Swift.
• Exposure to diverse industry domains.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
