Responsibilities:

• Recruit vessel officers and crew in compliance with regulations and company guidelines.
• Keep crew records up to date, ensuring all required documents are valid and complete.
• Organize crew travel and accommodation, aiming to keep costs low.
• Work with the office team to ensure timely payment of crew salaries and allowances.
• Maintain accurate crew data in the ERP system, including sign-on and sign-off details.
• Monitor and assess vendor performance, providing annual reviews and improvement suggestions.

Requirements:

• Minimum A-Level or equivalent education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
