Process online enquiries and feedback from Website , Phone Enquires, Walk in.

• Ensure feedback and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

• Help Customer to look for suitable biodata 

• Must have computer knowledge 

• Arrange Interview between employer and MDW

• Maintain accurate records and documents of every customer service.

• Handle all inbound/outbound calls bilingually and effectively

• Resolve for customers on MDW issues.

• Communicate and coordinate with all internal departments.

• Maintain good relationship with customer

Job Requirements:

• No Experience are welcome

• Mediation and conflict resolution between customer and MDW

• Diploma and above in any discipline

• Must be able to work 5.5 Days weekly and weekends ( close on Public Holidays)

• Must be willing to work in Tanjong Katong ( Katong shopping centre)

• CEI (Basic) prefered

• High Commission
