Human ResourcesAs a HR Admin Manager, you will be responsible for:
Full spectrum of HR & Administration functions, but are not limited to:
Admin functions, but are not limited to:
Any other duties:
Job requirements:
Full spectrum of HR & Administration functions, but are not limited to:
- Full cycle of Recruitment & Selection which includes references & background check
- Work Pass application such as new application, renewal and cancellation
- Payroll administration, IR21 and IR8A
- Prepare HR related letters
- Handling staff grievance
- Training administration
Admin functions, but are not limited to:
- Registration of new teacher, courses, etc with Committee of Private Education (CPE)
- Updating of teaching staff records and courses
Any other duties:
- Any other duties as required by the management
Job requirements:
- HR qualification
- At least 5 years' experience in HR Generalist role
- Knowledge of HR software: Whyze (ESS and PTIS) will be an added advantage
- High level of integrity with positive work attitude
- Possess initiative, good communication & interpersonal skill
- Up-to-date knowledge of HR & MOM regulations in Singapore
- Familiar with CPE regulations will be an added advantage
- Experience working in a school environment will be an added advantage
- Able to commit from July 2025 to January 2026.
