SAP S/4HANA FICO Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO professional to lead end-to-end solution delivery, from design through implementation and support. This role requires a strong grasp of industry best practices, deep technical expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions. As the subject matter expert, you will oversee system enhancements, data migration, stakeholder engagement, and compliance, while driving user adoption and ensuring smooth handover to support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP S/4HANA FICO
• Design and deliver robust, business-aligned solutions that adhere to enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead the implementation and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA projects in accordance with global templates and strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into system solutions.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, conduct fit-gap analyses, and lead solution design activities.
• Prepare key project documentation, including business blueprints, functional specifications, technical reviews, RICEF lists, authorization matrices, test scenarios, UAT scripts, and end-user training materials.
• Proactively identify and resolve system-related issues to ensure operational stability.
• Maintain and update global SAP templates, while overseeing requests for localization or deviations.
• Ensure full compliance with internal SAP application standards, policies, and procedures.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks related to SAP systems and participate in patching and business continuity planning to align with organizational risk and security frameworks.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO
• Proven track record in at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation cycles.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to support and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in the China market.
• Strong analytical thinking, with a self-driven mindset and a passion for learning emerging technologies.
• A dependable team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
