We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our client's digital initiatives.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with business analysts and developers to translate user needs into intuitive, functional, and accessible digital solutions.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: West
• Salary budget: $5,000 (basic) x 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide iterative design improvements.
• Ensure designs comply with accessibility guidelines and enterprise design standards.
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation to support scalability.
• Champion user-centric design in the development of lightweight digital tools for MINDEF domains.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong design portfolio.
• Skilled in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a drive to deliver intuitive and accessible user interfaces.
• Comfortable working in agile environments and under tight deadlines.
