Responsibilities:

1. Basic experience or knowledge in server hardware components

2. Experience or knowledge in operating systems (RHEL/CentOS, Debian/Ubuntu)

- Networking (TCP/IP, Firewall, Routing, etc.)

- Package management (yum/apt-get)

- NFS/NAS

- NTP

3. Experience in configuring and deploying environments

Requirements:

1. Deploying and upgrading environments

2. Ensuring the reliability and availability of systems

3. Issue identification and resolution

4. Account management and permissions

5. Integration with telephony systems (SIP trunking)

6. Data ownership and management

Preferred:

- Experience in container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)

- Knowledge/Experience in system monitoring tools (ELK/Loki/Grafana)

- Knowledge/Experience in distributed cloud environments (On-Premise,AWS,Azure,Alicloud, etc.)
