Banking Java, API Application Delivery Manager

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in overall Java design and development working experience.
• Working experience in managing and delivering Java, API banking projects is a must.
• Must have hands-on background in Java, API, Microservices, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade applications, ensuring quality, performance, and timely release.
• Working experience in Banking domain is a must.
• Recent working experience as Technical Lead/Application Delivery Manager in banking or financial domain is required.
• Oversee technical teams working with Java-based applications, RESTful APIs, and Microservices projects
• Working experience with Banking Payment Application is highly preferred.
• Ensure all deliverables, checkpoints are planned and delivered to meet the bank's standards and quality gates
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
• Monitor project milestones and proactively address risks and bottlenecks.
• Participate in scrum/agile and cross stream meetings to discuss, highlight dependencies across systems.
• Act as a point of escalation for delivery-related issues and drive resolution.
• Manage vendor relationships (if applicable) and coordinate offshore/nearshore development teams.
