Key Responsibilities:

Understand and analyze business requirements and functional specifications

Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans

Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing

Identify, document, and report bugs or issues in a clear and concise manner

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables

Perform re-testing and verify resolved issues

Maintain testing documentation and track test progress

Participate in review meetings and provide feedback on application usability

Requirements:

Experience in manual testing

Strong understanding of software testing concepts and QA methodologies

Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases

Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA or similar

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Basic knowledge of SDLC and STLC

Good communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have:

Exposure to database testing and basic SQL queries
