Payroll Administration:
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Handle CPF submissions, IRAS submissions (e.g. IR8A), NS claims, and other government-related contributions and reports.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Manage and update employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries.

HR Administration:
  • Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and HR database (e.g. HRMS).
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process (e.g. issuing contracts, collecting documents, exit clearance).
  • Prepare HR-related letters such as employment verification, warning letters, and confirmation letters.
  • Track and manage employee leave applications, medical certificates, and attendance.
  • Coordinate staff benefits and insurance enrolment and claims.
