Human ResourcesResponsibilities:
1. **Recruitment & Staffing**
* Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across various platforms
* Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
* Prepare employment contracts and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
2. **Employee Relations**
* Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
* Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events
3. **Payroll & Benefits Administration**
* Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness
* Administer employee benefits such as leave entitlements, insurance coverage, and welfare programs
4. **Training & Development**
* Organize and coordinate internal and external training sessions
* Maintain training records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date
5. **HR Administration**
* Keep employee records accurate and current in the HR system
* Generate HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and leave reports
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory standards
6. **Performance Management**
* Support the coordination and execution of performance appraisal processes
7. **HR Policies & Procedures**
* Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures
* Ensure company policies align with legal and regulatory requirements
* Provide guidance to staff on policy interpretation and ensure consistent application across the organization
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
* 1-2 years of relevant HR experience preferred
* Solid understanding of HR practices, principles, and employment legislation
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
* Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
* Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion
* Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with Info-Tech Cloud HRMS System is a plus
