This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented HR graduate with a passion for technology and data to contribute to a broad range of strategic HR initiatives. Reporting directly to senior HR leadership, you will gain exposure across HR operations, digital tools, talent programs, and executive support. Key Responsibilities
**Talent Acquisition & Early Careers Programs**
- Assist with recruitment coordination, job postings, candidate communication, and offer documentation
- Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences using digital checklists, e-forms, and HR platforms
- Support end-to-end internship program delivery including recruitment, performance tracking, and mentoring activities
- Monitor intern engagement and assist with conversion to graduate roles through structured reporting and follow-ups
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives across digital and social channels (e.g., LinkedIn content and campaigns)
**HR Systems & Workforce Analytics**
- Maintain accurate employee data and manage updates related to contract changes, confirmations, and compensation events
- Prepare regular workforce reports and dashboards to inform HR decision-making across key metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, DEI)
- Collaborate with HRBPs to ensure insights from data are actionable and aligned to business needs
**HR Process Improvement & Technology Enablement**
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and digitize core workflows
- Participate in system testing and support rollout of new HR platforms and enhancements
- Contribute to innovation initiatives, including chatbot optimization and AI-powered job matching tools
**Work Pass & Regulatory Compliance**
- Assist in managing work pass applications and renewals via government and internal HR portals
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and timely documentation
**Employee Experience & HR Service Delivery**
- Respond to employee queries via self-service tools and helpdesk platforms, ensuring service excellence
- Promote a digital-first approach across all HR touchpoints and processes
**Executive & Project Support**
- Provide administrative and communication support to the CHRO for strategic HR projects and leadership engagement
- Assist in preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and drafting key internal communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI or Excel PivotTables
- Understanding of Singapore employment law and MOM processes
- Interest in emerging HR technologies, including AI and automation
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
