About the Role:
You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle - from screening candidates to coordinating interviews with clients, ensuring the right fit for both parties while delivering a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview domestic helper candidates (local and overseas)
- Match candidates to suitable households based on client requirements
- Guide employers through the selection and onboarding process
- Manage documentation, work pass applications, and agency processes
- Maintain strong communication with both clients and applicants throughout the placement
- Work closely with training teams to prepare applicants before deployment
- Support walk-in enquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain updated records
✅ Good to Have:
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or employment agencies is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organised, detail-oriented, and responsive
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic admin tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Sheets)
- A passion for helping people and building trusted relationships
