Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development

Administer training activities and records in internal systems

Manage internal/external training registration and grant claims

Liaise with training vendors and manage training logistics
Employee Engagement
-
Support planning and execution of staff events (e.g., recreation day, D&D)
Recruitment
-
Handle job postings on portals (LinkedIn, iCIMS, etc.)
-
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
-
Manage offer letters and candidate onboarding
Onboarding
-
Coordinate pre-employment medicals and document collection
-
Activate internal departments via SharePoint for onboarding preparation
-
Organize orientation sessions and send new hire announcements
-
Handle work pass applications and renewals (if applicable)
Payroll & Offboarding
-
Provide payroll inputs and verify reports from payroll vendor
-
Prepare exit documentation and coordinate exit interviews
-
Update systems and notify relevant stakeholders
HRIS & Admin
-
Maintain employee data in HRIS (SAGE, JustLogin, Citrix 2000)
-
Manage personnel files (opening/closing of P-files)
-
Process invoices and general HR admin duties
Benefits Administration
-
Support staff welfare initiatives and maintain vendor relationships (e.g., transport, pantry, vending machines)

Handle quarterly staff meetings and manage logistics
