Responsibilties:

• End to End Recruitment Support - Assist in the full recruitment process - from job postings, resume screening, coordinating interviews to candidate follow-up and onboarding
• HR Data Analysis - Track, analyze recruitment data and present HR metrics
• Process Improvements - Identify ways to improve recruitment workflows for speed and candidate experience
• Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver a smooth recruitment process

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
• Proficient in Excel functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP and basic data visualisation
• A proactive learner who's not afraid to ask questions, take intiative and continuously improve
• Comfortable interacting with people from all levels and communicating clearly in a professional setting
