We are hiring a dynamic People & Ops Officer to manage HR functions and daily office operations. This role requires someone who can align people strategies with business goals and ensure smooth, compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Support performance management and engagement initiatives
  • Handle HR policies, compliance, and daily office operations
  • Coordinate training, development, and employee relations
  • Use HR data to improve efficiency and drive decisions


Requirements:
  • Degree/diploma in HR or Business Admin
  • 5+ years of HR/Operations experience
  • Strong communication, organization & problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese (spoken and written) is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin/Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
