Our client, one of the leading FMCG in Singapore, is currently seeking a candidate to join their dynamic HR team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategics to achieve business initiatives and goals
• Manage and oversee the full employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to off-boarding
• Manage annual performance management, Compensation & Benefit Reviews, Succession planning
• Mentor line managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and drive team engagement
• Drive and lead employee engagement, HR engagement activities, and employer branding initiatives
• Execute recruitment campaigns, including career fairs, university recruitment, internship/ trainee programs
• Drive HR change management projects as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Business Studies/Human Resource or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience
• Candidates from FMCG will be preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, SAP Success Factors will be advantageous
