Job Description:
We are hiring a committed and experienced Part-Time Staffing Recruiter to support our recruitment operations in Kaki Bukit. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing part-time and contract staff. You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in part-time staffing and hold a valid CEI Basic Certificate in accordance with MOM requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for part-time and contract roles

Conduct interviews and coordinate with clients for placement requirements

Maintain and update the candidate database

Communicate effectively with English and Mandarin-speaking clients and candidates

Ensure compliance with all MOM recruitment regulations

Meet recruitment KPIs and support business development initiatives

Provide timely follow-ups with both clients and candidates

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in part-time/contract staffing recruitment

CEI Basic Certification is mandatory (per MOM guidelines)

Proficient in both Mandarin and English for effective communication

Strong interpersonal skills, self-driven, and results-oriented

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Remuneration & Benefits:

Remuneration :$3500 -$4000 SGD (Basic)
