As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an IT & General Staffing Recruiter to drive business success through high-impact recruitment solutions. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for a high-performing recruiter looking to specialize and maximize their earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement, ensuring an excellent candidate and client experience.
• Function as a 360 recruiter, responsible for both client acquisition and candidate delivery.
• Develop deep market expertise in IT and non-IT verticals, positioning yourself as a specialist consultant.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key clients, serving as a strategic advisor on talent acquisition.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding your client portfolio and driving revenue.
• Execute business development strategies to grow client base through cold and warm outreach, relationship-building meetings, industry events, and leveraging market insights.
• Understand client requirements deeply to deliver customized recruitment strategies and solutions.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates using proactive sourcing, headhunting, referrals, and job platforms.
• Stay up to date on industry and hiring trends, using insights to inform client and candidate conversations.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, with a strong track record in meeting targets for contract and permanent placements
• Previous success in a 360-recruitment or full-desk role is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and build strong client relationships.
• Experience in IT recruitment is essential; exposure to non-IT sectors (e.g., Banking, Finance, Engineering, Healthcare, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with the drive to operate independently and achieve targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
