JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage clients' relationship including business development, account servicing, and client engagement
• Draft and post job advertisements across multiple recruitment channels
• Pre-screen and review resume to assess candidates' suitability based on skills and experience
• Evaluate candidates through interviews and identify the best fit for each role
• Liaise, schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Administer employment contracts
• Build and maintain a robust network of active and passive candidates
• Prepare and present weekly reports and updates to stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Positive attitude with high initiative
• Passionate about people and learning new things
