Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate process workshops to gather business requirements and define global O2C processes.
Develop and finalize the Global Blueprint for SAP deployment, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
Prepare detailed business process documentation and drive stakeholder sign-off.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to support Integration Testing (IT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
Ensure solution design adheres to industry standards, project governance, and client-specific guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
Proven experience in SAP blueprinting, process mapping, and solution design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in workshop facilitation.
Experience in global SAP deployments and cross-functional collaboration with testing teams.
