We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our APAC Integrated Talent Solutions (Talent acquisition) Team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in executing Integrated Talent Solutions (ITS) strategy across a designated business unit, contributing to our regional and global hiring objectives. You'll operate as a strategic partner to both the business and cross functional teams to deliver the resourcing policies, framework and processes drive constant external market awareness to build and maintain Equinix as the employer of choice.

Responsibilities

Identify, engage and create a great experience for hiring managers and candidates
  • Lead end-to-end hiring process and influences hiring approach to maximize success and minimize cycle time
  • Build and maintains relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to stay abreast of and direct hiring needs
  • Ensure hiring manager and interview team preparedness to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally
  • Advocate for hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process by establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making with partners

Effectively fill positions with talent aligned with business current needs and future development
  • Assess, suggest and influence hiring approaches based on market and sourcing data for roles
  • Map market talent availability and developing and cultivating approaches and strategy to source talent
  • Leverage appropriate recruiting AI tools and processes to improve recruiting capability and performance
  • Build strong talent pipelines across various channels and regions to cultivate exceptional and diverse talent pipelines. Drive representation and pathway hiring initiatives by working closely with hiring managers and internal partners.

Implementing the talent strategy for the organizations and function(s) supported
  • Collaborate with our Talent Branding team to develop and implement compelling employer branding strategies that resonate with target talent for your business unit.
  • Foster strong partnerships with Global and cross functional People Team (HR), Finance, and broader business leadership, to ensure seamless execution of talent strategies.
  • Ensure recruiting data integrity by utilizing our ATS (Workday)

Qualifications
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of functions, preferably experience supporting hiring in sales
  • Ability to speak Japanese to support Japanese speaking candidates hiring for Japan
  • Passion for improving the experience for hiring managers, candidates, and new hires
  • Experience with proactive candidate sourcing
  • Ability to consistently and positively contribute while prioritizing multiple functions and priorities
  • Well organized with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
