Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / Technical Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure and deployment pipelines. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture to support the development and maintenance of reliable and scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud).
• Lead DevOps initiatives including CI/CD pipeline automation, configuration management, and container orchestration.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters (AKS, EKS, OpenShift, Rancher) and associated automation for deployment and scaling.
• Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible for consistent and repeatable environments.
• Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Nagios).
• Oversee patching, vulnerability management, and system hardening.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline release processes.
• Act as a technical advisor to internal teams and external clients on best practices, performance optimization, and security.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, middleware, and application issues across distributed environments.
• Maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and disaster recovery plans.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, DevOps, System Engineering, or Infrastructure Architecture roles.
• Deep hands-on experience with:
  Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
  CI/CD tools: Jenkins, ArgoCD, Git
  IaC: Terraform, Ansible
  Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud
  Middleware: WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat
  Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Nagios
• Strong scripting abilities (Shell, Bash).
• Excellent understanding of system security and vulnerability management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
