Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR and administrative strategies aligned with the company's goals.Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and talent management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Update and implement HR policies, procedures, and handbooks as required.
  • Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
  • Lead initiatives for employee engagement, training, and career development.
  • Manage office operations and administrative support functions.
  • Optimize resources and operating costs to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Provide management with reports and insights on HR metrics and administrative functions.
  • Identify and address trends that affect employee satisfaction and productivity.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Preferably experienced in people management and/ or operation
  • Preference for applicants with at least 5 year(s) of working experience
  • Knowledge of MOM regulations and industry HR practices
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team setting
