In this role, you'll play a key part in driving our recruitment efforts-especially for commercial roles like Sales and Business Development-while also supporting day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the company database.
- Support offer coordination and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations Support:
- Handle routine HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR-related documents, and updating internal databases.
- Support the coordination of internal HR communications and assist in organizing employee-related activities or logistics when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in the execution of HR procedures and processes.
- Provide ad hoc support to the HR team in ongoing projects or initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Experience hiring for commercial roles such as Sales and Business Development is an advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is required to communicate with internal and external stakeholders across regions.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
