- Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP ECP integrated with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Conduct payroll configuration including schemas, rules, wage types, PCRs, and off-cycle processes
- Design and configure payroll interfaces to/from SAP and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to integrate ECP with Employee Central via CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or SAP BTP.
- Perform testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT) and support data migration activities.
- Ensure payroll compliance and accuracy across different geographies.
- Provide post-go-live hypercare and support.
- Participate in project planning, workshops, requirement gathering, blueprinting, and documentation
- Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions.
