Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resource Executive to manage the various human resources operations, which include pre- and post-selection processes, onboarding, offboarding and assist in HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding.

• Creation, maintenance, and updating of employee records in HR systems.

• Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and training sessions.

• Address employee queries regarding the HR system and HR guidelines.

• Execute employee engagement and wellness programs.

• Prepare HR-related reports, analytics, and documentation for audits or reviews.

• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR practices and local labour laws.

• Any assigned task/project.

Requirements:

• A Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Fresh graduates who are keen to pursue HR career are welcome.

• 2-3 years of working experience in the recruitment or other HR functions

• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

• Familiarity with payroll will have an added advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
