- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Attraction
- Advertise job openings on various platforms (job portals, social media, referrals).
- Proactively source candidates through databases
3. Screening & Selection
- Review resumes, shortlist qualified candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
4. Follow up
- Follow up on selected / rejected candidates
Requirements:
- At least diploma in any field
