Job Description & Requirements

HR Payroll Assistant / Officer

* Monthly Full Payroll Process

* Creation & Update Employee Database

* Prepare & Generate Payroll Report

* Preparation & submission of IR21, IR8A - Tax matters

* Monthly CPF report and file preparation

* Generate Monthly Workers' Data

* Answering employees queries / grievance

* Filing and Any others related HR Payroll matters.

Requirements:-

Min GCE 'O' level / Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources / Higher Nitec in Business Study

Proficient in Ms Office Application

Knowledge in Info-Tech payroll software is an advantage

Able to liaise with mandarin speaking workers

Meticulous and well organized

Positive attitude, responsible and a team player

Salary: Subject to experience & qualifications
