HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:
✔ End-to-end HR functions: Payroll, CPF, Work permits, Leave management, IR8A/I R21 filing
✔ Recruitment (job postings, interviews, onboarding) & Work Pass Administration (application/renewal)
✔ Ensure compliance with Employment Act, WICA, and MOM regulations
✔ Maintain HR Database, Employee Records, and Company Insurance (renewals/claims)
✔ Advise on HR Policies and ensure Timely & Accurate Payroll Processing (Infotech system knowledge a plus)

Requirements:
✅ Degree in HR/ Accounting or related field
✅ Knowledge of Singapore Labor Laws (EA, WICA)
✅ Prior Payroll experience preferred
